This item is great for protecting your iPod nano against scratches. Just insert the iPod into the slot, and it'll be housed in a protective skin made of Polyprene, wiht a clear plastic front. You can then adjust the strap to fit your arm, and feed your headphones through your t-shirt arm. Away you go! No more headphones becoming unplugged while you're running, and the risk of it flying out of your pocket is eliminated. The fabic used is a soft grey polyprene that's incredible tactile. The armband strap adjusts and holds together using velcro.
