About Us:

Point Set Digital is an Edinburgh-based company selling computer and ipod accessories. We’ve been trading since September 2005 on eBay but decided to develop this website as a means to provide a better service to our customers. Our director is William Ford, a recent Edinburgh University graduate with a keen interest in politics and the environment.

What’s your delivery policy?

We aim to send out your order as soon as possible; usually if you order before 3pm that means you’ll receive your item the next day. we send out items using Royal Mail first class which is very reliable. However, if you run into problems please visit our support section and write to us. We’ll do our best to track down lost items or provide an alternative.

How about returns?

Our returns policy is (we hope) relatively straight-forward. There’s a 7-day period in which you can return the goods for a refund if you are dissatisfied. So long as the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out, we can provide a refund. Please visit www.pointsetdigital.com/support in the first instance if you wish to return a product. How can I contact you?

Please visit www.pointsetdigital.com/support where you can file a ’ticket’ which we can use to log any correspondance. You don’t need to open an account to use this service, you simply need an email address. 

What’s your plan for the next few years?

In the forseeable future we’re hoping to grow to be one of the premier suppliers of small electronics. We’re also hoping to develop some of our own products. And because we’re all interested in the environment we want to do it in the most sustainable way possible. That means using low-carbon manufacturing, recycled plastic casing and recycled packaging. We hope to challenge a wasteful industry, while remaining competitive by monitoring market trends closely.
