Shipping Method:

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. UK orders received before 3pm are sent out the same day for next day delivery. Since we use First Class, please be aware that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, although most items do arrive the next day to most UK addresses.

European and Worldwide orders will be processed on the same day, or day after the order has been taken. Please note that we cannot process orders until full payment has been taken. Please see the table above for approximate delivery times.

Returns:

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, if you want to exercise your right to cancel the contract, you must notify our Customer Service either via email within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the delivery and return the ordered Product to us. We can only replace or refund faulty or incorrect orders.
